4. Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts: Gift purchases returned will be refunded as store credit unless otherwise noted.
