Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or in the event of high order volumes.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected service.
  • Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery; estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Age Verification

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
  • Age verification may be required upon delivery; orders may be canceled or returned if this requirement is not met.

Shipping Restrictions

Atomic Herb complies with all applicable federal and state laws. We do not ship certain products to states where they are restricted or prohibited.

THCA Products – Not Shipped to:

Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, West Virginia

Delta-8 Products – Not Shipped to:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate state or local laws.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue; however, Atomic Herb is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
  • In cases of theft after delivery confirmation, we may be unable to provide a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States and U.S. territories where our products are lawful.
