Refund & Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable goods.
- Products not in their original condition.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed.
- A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at AtomicHerbHelp@gmail.com and we will provide return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product:
- Email AtomicHerbHelp@gmail.com for instructions and the correct return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
